2. Services Description Bend offers a “Save Now, Pay Later” service that allows tenants to incrementally save towards their rent payments, unlike traditional loans provided by similar platforms.

4. Payment Terms You must fulfill your saving commitments as outlined in your agreement with Bend. Failure to do so may result in suspension of services or additional charges.

5. Prohibited Conduct You may not use Bend’s services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

6. Modifications to Service Bend reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part of it) with or without notice.

7. Termination Bend may terminate your access to all or any part of the services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

11. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the services provided by Bend will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
